Out of all the kinds of fishing, I like fishing in rivers and streams more than anything, nothing can beat a good river.
I usually fish in the Osage fork river, the river in Rader, and a stream that is on one of my friend's land, we don't catch much big stuff on his steam, but we catch a lot.
In the osage and rader, I catch a lot of good bluegill, crappy, and bass there.
Most people think that a good bass is about 5 pounds, but for me, a good bass is a bass that is about 12 inches or longer, I won't keep a bass shorter than 12 inches, even if it weighs 3 pounds.
But when I'm fishing in the rivers, I usually use rooster tail spinners for the bluegill, crappy, and smaller bass, and I use small to medium sized crank baits for crappy and bass.
